「We were very disappointed to find the hot tub out of order. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Very disappointed. A shout out to Taylor at the front desk. Very sweet, very professional, and a pleasure.」

「The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. 」

「The hotel’s maintenance is in disarray. The doorknobs are falling off, and the pool water was green. Strangely, there was a sign near my room’s emergency exit that discouraged its use. I’m not sure the fire department would approve of that sign. On the positive side, the staff and breakfast were quite good. 」

「First of all, let me say that if you stay at this facility, you will have no staff on property at night to clean your room if you need cleaning,, when I arrived at this facility, first of all it was nothing like it was posted on Expedia. When I got my key went into the room. The rug was the first thing I noticed it was filthy all kind of stains on it I don’t know what it was. I advise my family not to walk on this carpet bare foot because I didn’t know what was on that carpet. It looked like...

「The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. 」

「Located in an excellent area, business offices nearby, the outside of the building was nicely landscaped, appearing to hold a promise for a great stay. However, once inside, it quickly disappoints. The hallways had dehumidifiers, along with scent diffusers. Once in the room, I fully understood: musty odor, old stained carpet, the entire building needs a thorough deep cleaning inside & out. Stay if you must, we try 2 different rooms they both smelt bad. 」
