The staff were super helpful and took our bags on arrival day and kept them safe for us on departure day with no hassle. The check in process was easy and they got back to me straight away once I’d emailed with a query. Great stay in a great hotel! Only note is that some things in the immediate area don’t open Saturday and Sundays but it didn’t bother us at all but that’s not the hotels fault!

Stayed for one night. It was mid. I’ve stayed in hotels with less star ratings that exceeded my expectations (i.e. The Gate London City). The water pressure was low, the extendable mirror in the bathroom was broken, the TV isn’t a Smart TV, the paint on the small table by the armchair was peeling, and the light by the door kept flickering. The interior was of dark tones which didn’t make the room seem inviting, and overall it was plain and dated. The staff were helpful with providing a USB-C HDMI cable and the bed was comfortable.
