There was a thick layer of dust on the vanity and in the bathroom. There was even a leftover sock down the side of the radiator. This is worrying considering cleanliness is paramount during a pandemic for safety.
On my first night when I called about room service, I was barked at down the phone to just order online. The man’s tone was NOT polite or welcoming.
The final nail in the coffin was when the floor in my room cracked and sunk. I was on the other side of the room, sitting, so I know this was not my fault. The receptionist offered me another room but also dismissed the seriousness of the broken floor. She said that it was because the floor was wooden and the building old. Irrespective of age and material, this is a serious health and safety hazard and should be addressed immediately.
I will NOT be staying at that hotel again.
