The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange.
The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests.
There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.

"Ich will nicht wissen, was in der Bettdecke alles drin gehangen ist... Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen. "This hotel was the most gorgeous hotel I've stayed at. We were at Further Gallery which had a cafe downstairs, and the free buggy service they offered to take us between the three hotel buildings and other cafes, shops, salons etc. on the street was so easy and convenient. The decor of the whole hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was amazing - very safe street with plenty of shops and cafes in walking distance. Short scooter ride to main areas of Canggu and Seminyak. Overall had an amazing experience and would definitely return."

We stayed at Noema Resort Pererenan for a weekend family getaway and had such a great experience. The hotel just soft-opened, but already feels very special. We loved the 15-minute foot massage, one-time free minibar, and the eco-friendly backpack gift. The design is beautiful and every corner is so Instagrammable.
There’s a fun playground for all ages, wall climbing, and breakfast at Mamaloma Restaurant was amazing — both buffet and à la carte—big thanks to Evan, Clara, and the team for the thoughtful service.
The location is also great, with lots of popular cafes nearby like St. Ali and Kilo Kitchen. Or even go to Pererenan beach, you can walk, bike, or even take their electric Bajaj or vintage campervan, just ask for their availability. Would love to stay longer next time!"
