"The hotel shuttle bus is free but everyone can have a ride even they are not hotel guest. As a hotel guest, I have to stand for the whole ride with suitcases in my hands. This is quite disturbing for me.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but I found some are too aggressive. For example, at the first day, I was finding my room with my friend and we were enjoying the search. And a staff suddenly appeared and took my friend's luggage. My friend said no, but he insisted not letting go the luggage which is so annoying and creepy. And he entered our room before us and without our permission, we were so shocked behind him... Me and my friends are both female and a grown man stranger just did something like this...We both think this thing is so strange...but we still got four nights at this hotel... I only have courage to share it after we leave this hotel. This staff is scary...
About the room cleaning, there are some missing part, like no scandals refill and we had to call the front desk for this.
Overall is okay. but something made me dont wanna visit again."
