“The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called……

I contacted host and she immediately had somebody there to clean it, but was quite rude about it.We moved onBut then… Two women renting this place and on our final morning as we were removing sheets from our bed, we found men’s shorts at the foot of the bed tucked between the two sheets so clearly the sheets had not been changed from the prior guest stayAgain, two……

“Positives: House is in a great location. Close to the lake front area and Church St area. The host had filled the fridge with bottled water and there were many snacks in the kitchen. Even a bottle of welcome wine. Bathroom had a good shower and there were plenty of towels and wash rags. Also extra bathroom stuff like toothbrushes & toothpaste. We accidentally tripped a breaker and the host fixed it promptly. There is a covered outdoor area with tables and chairs that is great to have for morning……

“The location is quiet with easy access from the freeway and the city. The apartment is generally comfortable for a short stay. Brighter lamps in the living room would be helpful as would more light in the bathroom. The twin beds are just okay, not especially comfortable but not problematic. The springs creak a bit. The wi-fi is fast enough.”
