    Nestled in the charming village of Svoronata, Kefalonia, Villa Rhea offers a serene escape just a short walk from the waterfront and the picturesque Ai Helis Beach. This two-story villa is perfect for a small family or a couple seeking a peaceful getaway, with convenient access to local tavernas and only a 5-minute drive from the airport. The villa's 8.00 x 3.00 metre private swimming pool is the ideal spot to soak up the sun, with a terrace and outdoor furniture for relaxing afternoons.


    Inside, Villa Rhea features air-conditioning throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay. The villa sleeps up to 4 guests in two well-appointed bedrooms, one located on the ground floor and another in the basement, offering twin beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. The lounge area is spacious, with comfortable sofas, a TV, and Wi-Fi, creating a cozy environment for evenings indoors. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, including a coffee machine, microwave, and all necessary utensils for home-cooked meals.

Thank you for a fantastic stay at Rhea Villa. Perfect little family retreat, allowing you to choose how busy or chilled you want your days to be. In a location tucked away, but close enough to walk to the convenience stores, a selection of restaurants and a great beach. Well kept and clean villa. We would definitely return.

The house and amenities are exactly as shown in the photos and descriptions. The outdoor area and pool are very well-maintained and spacious. The house is the perfect size for a family, and the two bathrooms are a real plus. The kitchen is equipped with all types of small appliances, and the double cleaning service with change of sheets and towels was a very welcome surprise. The area is secluded and quiet, and despite bordering the other houses on the property, privacy is guaranteed. The proximity to the airport is not a problem at all, and if you want to stay nearby, you can walk to a couple of markets and some restaurants, not to mention the wonderful Ai Helis beach, which is right in front of the house as the crow flies. By car, however, the Lidl supermarket is 15 minutes away and Argostoli is 20 minutes away. For me, it had exactly everything I was looking for. Highly recommended!

Casa este spatioasa si amenajata intr-un mod original, la fel și curtea. Ai la dispozitie toate cele necesare pentru a locui acolo. In apropiere exista restaurante si magazine la care se poate ajunge pe jos. (EN: The house is spacious and decorated in an original way, as is the yard. You have everything you need to live there. There are restaurants and shops nearby that can be reached on foot.)
