Owners are friendly and try their best to help. However some slight complications. Arriving at check in time and the rooms not ready, having to ask for items, aircon leaking which resulted in a wet bed. The owners did everything they could to fix the situations.

This property is a stand out… in Heviz you can pay a lot more and get a lot less. The property is newly built to a high standard. Quality details everywhere - room amenities, sparkling bubbles on check-in, robes for the thermal pool, all smack of a hotel professional setting this place up.
