Screened in back porch is a haven!

Our cottage home is a family-oriented, non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch style home built in 2000. It will sleep 6 comfortably with a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen sized bed in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The living spaces include a large living room, dining room with a dining table that seats 6, a full service kitchen, a den and a large 12' x 40' screened in back porch with ample seating for conversation and a large table that seats up to 10. We are located on a quiet street 1.3 miles east of the ferry dock.
The driveway will hold two trucks plus boat trailers side by side. We have many amenities to ensure a happy, relaxing vacation at a home you will want to return to year after year!
* Must be 25 years of age to register.  Sorry, no pets.  We are unable to accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties.

This is the fourth year we’ve stayed here. The driveway has ample parking for two boats and trucks with no problems. The house is immaculate and well stocked. Also the house is pretty large inside so if you catch a bad weather day and can’t get out , everyone can move freely about. The kitchen is very clean and stocked with the needed equipment. The freezers have ample space for fish storage.Highly recommended and hopefully it’s available again next year

Property was very clean and plenty of room for our family. The screened in porch was perfect to sit on each night. The furniture on the deck wasn't comfortable. The living room furniture was also uncomfortable. The bathroom by the guest plumbing is backwards for hot and cold. Sorry for the not so good review.

This house made our stay on the island perfect! It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing time. The house was clean, has lots of room for everyone and the screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out, drink our morning coffee and watch the hummingbirds:) The hosts are amazing, had zero issues checking in or out. Would definitely rent again if we ever visit the island again!

We have stayed at this house for several years because the hosts are GREAT and the house is perfect for our needs. When our children were younger, our son had his own room with two twin beds, our daughter had her own room with a queen-sized bed, and we had the master bedroom with the king-sized bed. The kitchen is well-equipped. The screened-in porch is amazing with a nice sitting area and a dining room table area. The house is in a nice location on the east side of the island away from busyness, but also, just a 10 minute bike ride into town--the best of both worlds. You can see the lake at the end of the lane--a little less than 1/2 mile walk from the house. We enjoy our stay and look forward to it every year!

Relaxing getaway

The property is in a quiet location with a gorgeous screen in porch area perfect for coffee and chatting in the morning and relaxing in the evening! No bugs and super private. The living and dining room are very spacious and allow for visiting, playing games and dinners! Host provided lots of music CDs and games we enjoyed! Thank you for a wonderful time !

A comfortable and clean place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The place was clean and had everything we would need. The back porch was awesome.The house guide at the property and the vrbo descriptions had some discrepancies, which occasionally made things a bit confusing. For example, we bought toilet paper and paper towels as according to the VRBO instructions, but the house was already stocked. Not a big deal at all, just good to know.

Fishing with the Guys

We have stayed here for several years now. It is is a quiet area with nice neighbors. Short drive to anywhere on the island. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and to relax quietly in different areas of the house. The back porch is a great hangout. Thanks again to the owners for years of memories.

Our rental on Kelly’s Island.

We enjoyed the inside of the property, but the outside including the screened-in porch could have been cleaner. Lots of cobwebs etc. The beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. When I booked the stay, I didn’t realize there was a golf car and we weren’t permitted to use. It was confusing about what we were to do with the garbage. One place in the instructions it said to put it in the garbage can at the end of driveway and in another place it said for us to dispose of it. We would rent it again. Loved being right on the island

Kelleys Island Getaway

We love Kelleys have been here many times. Hiking, beaches, bicycling, there are lots of family oriented things to do. Our rental was quiet and close to everything. It was as described with lots of amenities. The porch was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and very private.
