“Every room is a suite, but prices vary, and the staff is young. They need a checklist to make sure each room has what they need (shampoo, cups, A/C on…) It’s Pretty around the pool and hot tub was big. I like the mile walk to town in the morning when it’s quiet and calm next to the lake. The entire island is relaxing with great restaurants, yummy perch and walleye bites at the Village Pump. I would return in a minute. Looking forward to going again.”

“The property was very clean but they were short staffed. It was hard to find a staff member at certain hours of the day. They did not provide turnover service during my stay. My tv was not working. It would turn on but it would stay stuck on the guide channel. I was unable to change channels & unable to watch tv. The free breakfast was decent. The pool stayed open late.”

“The staff was amazing. The property... ooof... this place could be so much better, but it is just subpar. Rooms mediocre with dirty in crevices and exhaust fans. We had two conditioners and one shampoo in the shower (so no shower gel) in the bottles that attach to the walls. The AC was loud when cycling and also sounded like running water, so bring white noise. We were there for a baseball tournament at SportsForce and this is one of the hotels that was an option (because they often force teams……

“Absolutely loved this property, we had a great stay here. The rooms are very spacious, they have all the amenities you would need. Our favorite part was that they actually had a game room that we were able to utilize during our stay; the kids and I got a chance to play some PC games for a couple hours the night before our trip to Cedar Point! We loved it!”

“We had a pleasant stay. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was on the better side of a typical hotel breakfast. The coffee was very good. Fitness center was very typical for a hotel. Did not use the pool. Hotel was clean.”
