Hotel was very nice. We were able to check in early. Upon check in the floor by the ac unit was wet in our room. When we walked in the floor water came up through the floor boards. When I went down to the front desk they were able to change us to another room right away. Hopefully it gets fixed asap so no one has wet feet!!! It’s a busy location yet it was super quiet in our room which was awesome. We’d stay here again for sure!

The rooms were cleaned, breakfast has good varieties (hotcakes, sausage, bacon, toast, bagel, cereals, etc..). The pool and exercise room were clean, we had alot of fun there. There were some table games near the reception area too. The area were safe and big box stores nearby, 10-15 mins drive to cedar point amusement park which is excellent.

The property was newer, nice and clean and although I did enjoy my stay I woke up in the morning and my feet and ankles were terribly itchy and covered in flea bites all over.

This property was very well maintained and clean. The staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though this is a mid tier Hilton line, I felt all amenities were well thought out and rooms well designed for the most comfortable stay possible without the premium price tag. We recently stayed at one of Hilton’s higher tier boutique hotels last month were one night cost more than all three nights at this hotel and we had a better stay at this property. Highly recommend.
