The exterior of the hotel is nice. The rooms are very outdated and the beds are terribly uncomfortable. The beach lake access is pretty and the convenience to the park is awesome. Food choices at the hotel are limited. They are also very expensive.

I loved the proximity to Cedar Point. Rooms were standard. The view was great. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint was that their systems went down and they were unable to issue us a room/room key for about 4 hours and they did not text us when the system was fixed. We had to show up, not once, but twice on our own to figure it out.

For the price you pay, it is simply not a high end lodging experience. It is convenient to the park, but other than that fact, it is an unremarkable hotel. You stand in lines for everything, no coffee makers in the rooms, and the place seemed dated. Definitely understaffed. Feels like Six Flags is trying to recoup the merger expenses on the backs of guests and employees.

The hotel's selling feature is that is it within the Cedar Point amusement park. This is true, but finding or being directed to the road that takes you to the hotel was somewhat challenging to find. All groups within our party had an issue with this and the signage that does exist is after you are past the tollbooths to the parking lot. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff in the TGI Friday's were friendly and bartenders Michael, Nick, and Abby were happy to learn about how a martini can be served bruised or to make it skate. Staying here also provides access to Cedar Point 1 hour earlier than non-guests which does help on getting on a ride or 2 prior to the park's official opening.

The room needed vacuumed. It had sand all over it and dirt when you first walked in on the hardwood floor. The balcony could’ve used some cleaning. It was unusually dirty. Other than that, not a bad experience considering it’s on the beach and on the lake. I just don’t understand why the rooms aren’t cleaner.

Room was decent, slightly bigger than a standard hotel room but it still felt the same as any room with 2 queens. The bathtub was clogged and filled with water as you showered and the bathroom in general is tiny. I’ve seen posts of not enough shampoo etc but they had plenty in our room. Blankets are very very thin to keep in mind and pillows were fine. The selling feature is how convenient it is for the park and the cool vibe you get being at cedar point, I would recommend if you have the money. Restaurants are not great and very expensive. Views are nice staff are helpful but you can tell mostly seasonal.

Rooms were clean and a nice size, bathrooms a bit small but full size bathtub, staff super helpful and friendly…. Unfortunately the TGF ON property did a very very poor job full meals being served before any beverage’s kids sodas , cocktails all drinks . One meal delivered at least 30 minutes before any other food was brought to table and that food was incorrect in every easy possible and how do I finally got our drinks we got the wrong ones. Manager came to the table to correct the problem order a food to replace the food that was wrong and then absolutely never came back with the food. Had to ask somebody else 30 more minutes later.. very bad experience at TGIF very great hotel

Great location and definitely worth staying for the convenience. Being right inside the park saves a lot of time and energy, especially in the morning. The early park entry is a huge advantage - we were able to enjoy several popular rides before the big crowds arrived. However, there were a couple of downsides. The blankets were surprisingly thin, which made the room less comfortable at night. The biggest issue was the check-out process. It took about 25 minutes just to return the room keys. Since most guests are trying to get to the park quickly in the morning, the hotel should really consider adding an express check-out option or a separate line for simple key drop-off. It felt unnecessarily slow and disorganized.

I traveled to this hotel with my three children. We had a wonderful time. When I requested extra blankets housekeeping was there in under 10 minutes. The walk to the park entrance was so close. The hotel had everything you need. We stayed for 2 nights. We could have stayed longer. The sunset sky in the evening was lovely. The lights of the theme park were also cool. The beach has activities for families. Volleyball, cornhole, music. I would love to visit again. My complaints would be that the bed squeaked and that the mattresses aren’t very comfortable. Additionally the elevators and west wing entrance could be cleaner. But, our room and the rest of the hotel was very clean. Starbucks was a bit too crowded which slowed my morning down. I packed my own tea and honey but there are no coffee/tea pots in the hotel room so I did go to Starbucks each morning. The walking and the hotel are great! If you’re visiting cedar point I do not think it gets anymore convenient than that. My older boys could come and go from the hotel and park as they please. This allowed me to go at my younger sons pace. Everyone had what they needed.

The place is great and obviously is it wonderful to be able to get into the park an hour ahead of time. What I found frustrating was that there was a deal online in the Six Flags app for a $29 ticket if you stayed at the hotel. One of the hotel staff was helping me and wanted to get me that deal and sent me to the gift shop. When I got to the gift shop, they didn't know what I was doing, so we went back to the front desk. At the front desk, the person who was helping me wasn't there at the moment and another service member was really rude about it and said there was no way to use that deal unless I booked online. I did book online, but she said I would need to rebook right then. I was obviously already a guest and that wasn't going to help. The hotel costs a pretty penny to stay at, so you would think it would be beneficial to try and keep people coming back by hooking them up with deals like that one, but in the end I just paid the hotels price because I had been run around the place for about 45 minutes.
