I booked this condo for my sister for July 4th, since she was from out of state and had wanted to stay at this resort in the past, but wasn't able to. It has some great guest amenities, like the hot tubs and play areas. In the summer, they have a ping pong table, a bean bag toss, and connect 4 game outside. Although it is not included in the price, the scenic gondola ride is great, and we would have liked to use the water park, but reservations for it were full. The condo itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, the large bathroom with a tub and shower was really nice, and the patio overlooked the evening fire pits and small waterfall was perfect. The air conditioning and small stackable washer/dryer combo was a useful amenity too. My sister enjoyed her stay. The bedroom remote for the television was missing, but the tv could be manually operated and there is a dvd player also if you have your own dvd's. The fireplace was nice too.
The only drawback was that I did not get a response from the host right away, and finally reached him with the number that Evolve gave me. I thought I would get an email explaining the check in process a few days before the stay, but got the information a day before arrival, after I called the host again. I was given a map of the key area and building number, but it was still a little tricky. The elevator needs a key card to operate, and the key pad for the door is on the wall to the right of the Building B door and hard to see if arriving late. (It is not right next to the door) Grocery stores were nearby and the resort has some places to get food and eat at. The parking was not close to the condo, so if the lot is full, you might have to walk a ways to the unit. My sister did have a great time and was very appreciative of being there. Nice fireworks show in the parking lot on the 4th of July. Also, there is a newer sleeper sofa in the living room, not shown in the pictures, and it is very comfortable according to my sister's son and grandchild.
