Overall the stay was good! We had trouble getting into the house as the door code we were given was incorrect. I was not able to get in contact with the house owner so I had to call Vrbo directly for help. Once we got the correct code we were able to get in fine. The house itself was great for me and my friends! Clean and nice rooms The property does have a shared entrance, which I was unaware of when booking. There must be a basement that is rented out as other people were using the same entrance as us while we were there. Overall a great property- about a 30 minute walk downtown to near the water

I would not say it's a safe area there was lots of homeless people in there area and people high in front of the property. I would not want to stay here with young children. He also turned off the a/c in 30 degree weather and never turned it back on. It was 26 degrees all night. He stopped in while we stayed at the property. Informed us he turned of the AC because he saw a window cracked we fixed that. But it was open prior to us getting in We had wanted to check in early but were unable to do so

Everything was fine. I think there was a lack of cleaning. In general, we personally had issues with the air conditioning temperature. It was set at 23 degrees Celsius, and during the night, the air conditioning would turn off, making it difficult to sleep due to the heat. We spoke with the host, and it worked for two days, but then stopped working and the heat started again during the night.

Great clean place

This place was great for my family. It was a clean and neat. Walking distance to restaurants and city park which my family enjoyed. Neighborhood seemed safe and clean. Easy and fast communication with host. Would stay again if we needed to.

Great Kelowna Location for Events Downtown

House was great for our group attending the Brier at Prospera Place and excellent access to two bus routes that take you downtown.Great and quick responses from our host. We accidentally broke our coffee pot and he had a new one within hours.

Great property and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it was very family friendly. The location was close to downtown and the beach. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the beach and walking distance to a little plaza that has everything you need. Apartment was spacious and clean. We will be back.

As advertised

Good spot to use as basecamp for adventures and city storming. Parking is a bit tight for larger rigs but nice to have a spot you’ll always know is open. Otherwise everything was as advertised!

Awesome Host

Property is advertised, very close to everything you need. Owner is great to work with and fantastic at response. I forgot something and was able to have a friend come pick it up within 24 hours with no fuss. Will definitely look to be back if I am ever in need again.

Family Retreat

Quiet, comfortable and clean getaway. Lots of room for the whole family to sleep and spread out. Very centrally located to everything. Short drive to the lake. Our family has stayed here before.
