"Very disappointing stay due to misleading advertising and unfriendly service. Our booking rate jumped right as we confirmed. The pool is much smaller than the photos imply, and the water slide was closed. In our room, the bathroom sink had a giant crack, and we lacked basic amenities like robes, slippers, and towels. The staff were inattentive; restaurant workers ignored us to chat, and front desk staff gave blunt, one-word answers. Read the fine print as parking in the parking lot is an additional charge and breakfast is not included."
