Please note there is a derelict property across the street. While the neighborhood is generally quiet, you may occasionally notice activity related to that property. Our home itself is well-maintained, secure, and thoughtfully prepared to ensure guests feel comfortable during their stay. As well, our home is listed on many platforms so we ask guests to sign a unified rental agreement.
