“We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our rooms or changed towels. We were using wet towels for three days. One day only some one took our trash and took our card from the room. Soap was out and we told the receptionist once but no one refilled the soap dispensers. Looks like they were very understaffed but everyone seems nice and smiling.”

Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant, tickt im Einklang und sind super organisiert. Nichts liegt rum und alles wird sofort gereinigt.
