The Hotel was Excellent. Perfect regarding the Cost..the only clame was that we booked 2 rooms with pool view..but they gave us (Bulding views ) hhh..otherwise i recommend it for everyone ..

Hôtel juste au niveau d un 4**** niveau 3 *** en Europe le personnel de chambre pas aimable les horaires des repas pas adapté à un séjour de vacances la nourriture toute la semaine petit de jeuner aucune viennoiseries ( tomate mozzarella salade olives etc pour végétarien) identique animation rien de terrible et le gros problème ne pas être français dans ce genre d hôtel ( que des touristes de l est envahissants ) aucun personnel ne parle français si j ai un conseil choisir l hôtel juste à côté 10fois mieux et voilà dommage pour nous mauvais choix

İlk olarak hotele girişte paranız ödenmedi diye baya bi bekletildim hotels üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyonda parayı ödediğim halde paranız ödenmemiştir denildi hotelde. Sonra seçtiğim oda harici başka oda verdiler küçücük oda. Kahvaltıya berbat denecek kadar kötüydü. Hava yanıyor restorant da klima yok yiyecekler sineklerden geçilmiyor yani böyle kötü kahvaltı görmedim. Öğle yemeğini de aynı şekilde klima yok sinekler yuva yapmış bütün yiyeceklerin üstüne. Akşam yemeği idare eder ama çeşit yok kırmızı et anlamında hicbişi yok paraya yazık gerçekten

Öncelikle şunu belirtmek istiyorum deniz manzaralı oda yer ayırtmıştım ve resepsiyondaki görevli ŞAHIS önce deniz manzaralı oda verip daha sonra kendi özel müşterilerinin geleceğini belirterek 2 gün sonrasında başka bir odaya geçmemi istediler tabii ki burada çifte standart var ve kabul etmedim ve diğer sıkıntı bunca para ödenmesine rağmen hala wifi yi bile ücretli satıyorlar ve bir sonraki sıkıntı ise tatiliniz bittiğinde öğlen çıkış yapınca öğlen ve akşam yemeği için ücret istediler o kadar otellerde tatil yaptım bunun gibi abuk subuk otel işletmesini görmedim oda temizliği normaldı yemekler bildiğiniz gibi ısıt ısıt geri getir hele hele tatlı kısmı adam akıllı bir tane pasta bile sunmadılar .ama bir daha bu otele ücretsiz davet etseler bile kesinlikle gitmem!

Pleasant stay

The hotel itself a bit of old fashion style, more suitable for couples although there were good mix of people different ages. The food was average and choice was not huge. Rooms needs a bit of refreshment but comfortable size. Staff was helpful with any request. Amateurs team were great and super entertaining for all groups. In general was very nice pleasant stay.

Very beautiful - very much marble and granite, a/c worked, plenty of hot water, food was delicious and plentiful, beautiful pool right at the beach. Staff really tried to be helpful, but almost exclusively speaking Russian and Turkish. Didn't bother me, but may bother some people. Internet mostly reliable. You get more than you pay for on an international scale (that's value). Because of Covid, traveling is down and maybe staff is reduced, but the rooms could have been a bit cleaner, It wasn't terrible, but the hotel's beauty is worthy of a little more attention to the small details

Customer service was horrible, when ever he had a problem one care to help. Our room were not cleaned, mini bar was empty and we were told it will be half staffed. No shuttle. All Russian people. We couldn’t get Turkish coffee had to pay 2 US dollars even when we had all inclusive service. I asked for the manager he couldn’t find the time to talk to me for my 5 days stay.

Nice hotel not UK compatible

Hotel not geared up for uk, quite isolating as very few staff speak broken english. Rooms very clean but furniture very basic. Would not recommend for uk families with children as they cant join in.

Nous avons eu une chambre située au rez de chaussé à coté des cuisines on entendais très tôt du bruit , pour les repas il n y a pas de chauffe pour maintenir les plats chauds donc a moins d'arriver des qu'ils déposent les plats tout chaud sinon cest froid.et pour ceux qui aiment manger la meme chose tout les jours vous serez gatés. Le café du matin au secours !!! La piscine est sympa , le sauna et hammam aussi. Le personnel ne parle que russe ou turc un peu l'anglais mais très limité Autour de lhotel il n'y a rien a faire prendre un taxi ou navette pour aller a Kemer . Cet hotel n'est pas catastroohique mais je n'y retournerais pas

Hotel avec une place à proximité

Arrivés en pleine nuit, l'accueil à ete vraiment efficace et rapide. Le garcon de chambre a fait son travail en s'occupant de notre valise et nous conduisant dans notre chambre. Le repas est varié, le le spa vraiment top et le personnel est vraiment sympathique . Des serviettes pour la piscine et la plage sont mis à disposition. l hôtel est propre et vraiment agréable .la salle de sport est bien fournie.
