「We already paid to stay here and were totally annoyed at the to-do cleaning list in addition to the cleaning fee! It might be normal to VBRO but I will remember to stay in a hotel.Having people upstairs was also annoying. Again, could have stayed in a hotel if we wanted that noise.」
