「Good value for money 」

「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」

「Lovely staff, sits in a quiet area of the city so very little outside noise, it's not far away from the M4 so it makes an ideal base camp if you're exploring areas outside of Swansea.」

「There was nothing we didn't like about the Hotel. The whole hotel has had a massive upgrade / renovation and for the cost of the accommodation, it represents top value. We ate at the restaurant , ( reluctantly ) after reading some less favorable reviews , and decided the reviewers, who had left those reviews must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. 「Unsauberes Bad (2 benutzte Kaugummi auf dem Boden), schmutziger Wannenrand. Einfallsloses und eintöniges Frühstücksangebot. Achtung: An den Wochenenden sehr laute Diskomusik von draußen bis 2 Uhr nachts, auch geschlossene Fenster helfen da nicht! Außerdem vermiesen einen laute Überfahrten von versenkten Poller direkt vor dem Hotel. Die öffentlichen Räume sind nicht täglich gesäubert worden- tagelang Tissues und Hundekot auf den Treppen. Ein Aufenthalt ist nicht zu empfehlen.」
