Making Memories!! Cute cottage located steps away from Mothers Beach, KBIA & the Webhannet golf course. Has a front patio for relaxing or BBQ with family or friends. Located within a 5 minute drive to Kennebunkport or a 45 min walk along 3 beaches for shopping or dining. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room & washer & dryer.

Absolutely fantastic! Great place alone due to location and ease of walk to the beach. Then add the host ensures you have the small things you may forget. Dish, laundry, and regular soap. Beach towels, chairs, grill has a working tank. High quality appliances and utensil. Well kept, so clean! Beds so soft!It was so cute and just right for the purpose it served! Absolutely will return!

Relaxation, laughter and sun!

Our teen/adult family had the best week in the comfy cottage by the sea! The cottage is located just steps from the beach. It was perfect, clean, easy checkin/out, had all you needed for a week by the sea and more. Highly recommend this cottage and make sure to enjoy Mothers Beach!:)

Wonderful Maine Cottage

This lovely cottage was so perfect for our family of 5! Furnished with every amenity we could possible want, very clean and comfortable. Special touches with extra towels, soap and comfortable beds. Location is great, minutes from Dock Square, the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space with the open floor plan of this extremely well maintained home!

Beach time

This was the greatest gift my grandchildren and I could’ve had this summer. We ended up finding Nancy‘s listing and jumped on it. I managed to not have the right code to get in and Nancy was more than gracious to help with that from across the country. I had other questions for her and once again, she was so helpful. It was an amazing location for a four and a six-year-old to learn about the beach. It was such a joy to be there.

Great spot to enjoy the Kennebunk Beaches

We've stayed at the Kennebunk beaches for several years now, and we enjoyed our time at this property. While on the smaller side, we had 4 adults and had plenty of space. Bedrooms were decent size, good bed options for a varied group (couples, kids, individuals). Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glassware, appliances. Very clean home, lots of towels and beach towels. Very handy having beach chairs and an umbrella on-site so we didn't need to bring ours. Even our pooch loved it. Would definitely rent from Nancy again! She's also very easy to work with and answered questions quickly.

Great location, just a three minute walk to the beach. The property was well maintained and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. The host is great and very responsive! I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Family stay

This property was exceptional. The condo itself was so comfortable and stocked with anything we may have needed. We loved the beautiful patio for hanging out at night and appreciated the air conditioning because we were there during the heat wave. The area was very nice and we loved the beautiful areas to walk. We had a wonderful long weekend spending time with our adult children. The only negative thing I would say was the parking was really tight, and we were glad we brought the smaller cars.

So Sweet!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at 'Cozy Cottage by the Sea'. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The Cottage is so welcoming and Nancy is a superb host. Great Stay!
