Located on a private road with a large yard. New modern pier with ramp to a float. Perfect for a family getaway or couples adventure. Use the kayaks or paddleboard at high tide and walk the expansive sand flats at low tide. Play tennis on a real clay court. Walk to restaurants and groceries in Cape Porpoise. Close to Kennebunkport for great restaurants and shopping. Near the Cape Arundel Golf Course where the presidents play. Experience some of the best mountain and road biking in Southern Maine. Return life jackets and paddles to area by back door. Tie kayaks to right side of pier. Paddleboard should be in cradle on right side of pier.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
