「This hotel is in a residential area. There is no one around on the streets in the late afternoon when it’s still light out but because of the lack of people, it is my opinion, that increases your risk of walking in the neighborhood to eat dinner or go to the minimart. 「Overall, it's a good hotel. The staff is excellent. It has a good restaurant with a very good breakfast, and it also serves lunch and dinner. The room has heating, which keeps it a bit too hot for my liking. The television connects to streaming services, and the internet signal is strong throughout the hotel. The hotel is very well located, just steps from La Carolina Park, Quito's largest park, and a few blocks from shopping centers. Unfortunately, an overpass right in front of the hotel...

「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」
