“This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The condition of the rooms is totally shoddy. The beds extremely uncomfortable. No bedside lamps. No shower mat so the floor is very slippery. I could go on and on. There has been clearly no maintenance to this hotel. The staff on the whole were surly with a couple of exceptions. We paid over $100 a room which is an absolute rip-off. $30 would have been too much. They wanted 650 K for a taxi transfer to the airport. We used Yango and it was……

“The staff are incredible and it is like being in a tropical rainforest in the middle of Lusaka. The room was spacious and clean. Had a wonderful peaceful stay. Definitely going back!”
