Charming historic house with water views from every window! The cozy interior is bright and sunny and is well-decorated with "beach cottage" vibes.

The main floor has a kitchen, dining, living room and half-bathroom while the second floor has two bedrooms, an office, and a full-bathroom.

The home features a large screened in front-porch and a large deck on the second floor. Perfect for watching the boats slowly motor through.

The property also has a large yard and is perfect for enjoying the sunset overlooking the Winnipeg River from the vegetable garden.

Hiking trails are nearby as well as boat launches with access to the Winnipeg River and Lake of the Woods.
