This place is big 0 out of 10. WiFi sucks, rooms got funny smells, bathroom small and feels disgusting. They got crap on the ceilings. It’s not worth it unless you’re homeless & broke. I didn’t feel comfortable showering there. I’ll never book again.

This property felt more like a long-term residence than a traditional traveler hotel. Personal items, bicycles, grills, and coolers were visible throughout the property, and exterior doors were frequently left open. Based on the atmosphere we encountered, my family did not feel comfortable staying at the property. We chose to change hotels so we could have a more peaceful evening and feel secure during our travels.

Room was nice and big . Comfortable beds. But it hadn't been cleaned at all. Dirt and grime in the edges of the walls especially in the restroom. Floor hadn't been swept. They scheduled once a week cleaning but all he did was wipe the one counter table and take out trash no vacuum or cleaning of anything else. Took our towels but never gave us more. Sheets had crumbs and hair in them like they had not been changed. Good price and good area. People nice but the cleanlines can be much better.

I requested a no smoking room, but it was as if they put a piece of paper on the mirror stating smoking was prohibited despite the entire room reeking of cigarettes. Conditions of the room were atrocious. Visible water warping on the bathroom walls. Missing lighting panel exposing the ceiling. I couldnt tell you the last time they washed their pillows. DROOL STAINS ON THE PILLOWS. We literally had to go buy new pillows for ourselves in addition to the air freshener we left behind (as if the staff would know how to use it) Damage throughout the room. These beds are going to stab in your sleep you before the unruly tenants do. The amenities look as though they have not been updated in ages. I honestly did not even stay my last night because I could not handle another night on that bed. This place looks like the last time anybody gave it any love was when it was being constructed back in 1988-1989. I am honestly flabbergasted how a building like this can be on expedia other than lying through their teeth and submitted doctored photos. I'd consider ceasing business with this place, it is not a good look. I would say MAYBE they did 1 unit nicely & used that for pictures, judging from the conditions, expecting one room to be up to standard would be a tall order for these guys. If somehow manage to end up staying here; First: my condolences. Secondly: DOCUMENT Tl;Dr: I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PICTURES. IGNORE THE COST. This place isnt even a dump, I couldnt insult garbage that way.
