“bad sewer smell in room complained about it ,but never fixed the problem!!”

“helpful and accomodating.”

“Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.”

“When I checked in, I was told there is a $25 parking fee, which pays for security patrol on the parking lot. There was no mention of the parking fee on Expedia, nor on the hotel's website.”

“Super clean room, great bar, excellent location”

“This was our 4th time in Kansas City and our 4th staying at Crossroads. The hotel is in a great location, the atmosphere is incredible, great restaurants and rooftop bar. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful. No matter where you are in the hotel the staff is friendly and willing to reach out with a smile and offer assistance if needed. I highly recommend the Crossroads Hotel.”

“Good environment and bed for sleep.”

“Outdated rooms and building (apparently room remodeling may be underway?). No pool or hot tub available. Please kindly add a microwave to the rooms when possible! Finally, no water fountains and/or water bottle refilling stations were present and phone charging options outside the room were very inadequate and should be included/added to enhance the overall property’s customer experience. Thanks for asking for feedback!!”
