“We recently stayed here on our visit to Barbados for a week. The hotel is still brand new so it is nice. Very conveniently located and within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Would have given the hotel all 5 stars, but we ran into a few issues with our rooms. The check in process was quick, easy and the staff are some of the nicest people we have met. The first night was fine with no issues, however we ended up running into several issues with the key card reader to our room.……

“Wow. Just wow. Both the garden view rooms and the beachfront view rooms were beautiful. Sometimes the angles and the photographer are “creative”, lol, but not here. It’s the real deal. If you ask, you can get a beachfront room with direct walk up access to one of the pools, or a direct walk up to a garden. Some on the second and third floors have stunning oceanfront views but not this access. The beach is long with the softest sand, and the water is a clear as you can imagine. You can……

“Beautiful hotel. Our room was right by the pool. Very nice. Staff was not helpful at all. They couldn’t check us in when we arrived because WiFi was down. Staff gave no instructions on anything. They handed us a paper with meal times. No assistance with anything. We had never traveled to Barbados and thought perhaps the check in staff would help us navigate to some excursions. They also weren’t friendly. Never smiled. Just a smile back would have been something and made us feel more comfortable.……

“First off it’s a small place but that doesn’t take away anything. Its gorgeous!!!! Staff is beyond helpful. It has an amazing restaurant up top and is close to a lot of things. You will not be disappointed if you book this. We just celebrated our honeymoon there and already planning out next trip back.”
