"Excellent hotel and pub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also excellent and wonderful value for money. The rooms were a good size, wonderfully clean and had everything you would need, including an iron and ironing board. So good that we are booking a return visit!"

"A good short stay (4 nights) in a beautiful area of England. Car parking generally available but not on busy occasions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room spacious and comfortable. Description of accessibility could have been clearer as we were unaware that our room was up two flights of stairs."

"Room was fine. Clean and a good amount of space. The only downsides were the room was very hot even with the window open all night. Considering it’s April I presume the summer will be stifling. The shower also was poor, the pressure was low and operated from the bath taps meaning the temperature was extremely difficult to regulate. "

"Stayed for one night, had food in the restaurant which was lovely and the staff made me feel very welcome, which was reassuring especially as I was travelling on my own. Room was clean & tidy, got a good night sleep. Room had a kettle, hairdryer and iron, even a couple of complimentary biscuits which is always a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and use it as a base for exploring. "

"What a fantastic hidden little gem! I’d say top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed at and one of those was the Marina Bay Sands! The interior design is absolutely gorgeous. The quality of everything is high, and you know the business does not hold back in pampering their customers in luxury! The bed was extremely comfortable, not sunken in and linen was soft. The shower was phenomenal, with really high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also had breakfast included which again, high quality ingredients and hot breakfast made to perfection. Large selection for continental breakfast too, nice granola, fresh fruit including strawberries, lovely cheeses and cured meats. The outside garden and fire pit is lovely too. Highly recommend and would love to stay again! 朗❤️"
