「This was such a fun experience. My husband and I had a road trip up the east coast. We aren't big campers and this was a great way to get a bit more of a rustic experience without a tent. But yes, you take a canoe to the island. It takes 5 minutes. No electricity, so be prepared for a camp stove and electric lanterns. Loons added a lovely evening sound track. Google map directions worked fine. Mexican restaurant was good. Took a day trip to Camden to hike and have lunch which was lovely. So fun...

「Fantastic location, fantastic space, every accommodation I could have asked for. Including firewood, grill , and of course the separated bungalow for just the 2 of us. We brought our own chairs and grill not know what we would be finding. Turns out having the flat top came in handy, But completely unnecessary. Even provided 2 backup propane tanks. 」

Having not made plans to be traveling, we were unsure of what options we'd have - but the cabin was perfect for a last minute overnight stay. 「House is new, spacious and beautifully decorated. There weren’t any amenities we looked for that were missing. There is even more available than the listing states including chairs for the lakefront. Perfect for a large or extended family stay. The lakefront area and dock were great for enjoying the waterfront and for our boat. Ross and family were very responsive and accommodating. 」

「This comfy cabin can sleep 6 people no problem! With a close quarters experience made staying more the fun! EasyAccess to kayaks and canoes was awesome. Had a couple Beavers going back n forth in front of the cabin as well! Bailey the Neighbor dog stopped by to say hi in the yard along with Chancellor and Lous minutes prior. Thanks again for your accommodations. We would love to visit again in the future! 」

「The home was perfect for family fun kayaking, swimming and boating. The location to Great Pond was great with a beach/launch area we all enjoyed. We brought out Golden Retriever Ruby who learned to swim this week and actually jump off the dock. All of us had a fun week.」

「I am so absolutely impressed with the property and the photos were super accurate and the communication with the home owner was amazing as well! So happy we stayed on this families property and will highly recommend. Hotel like quality with alllll the lake amenities to take advantage of.
