Includes 2 kayaks, pedal boat, lounge chairs with dock and swimming area with beachfront. Swimming area shallow with slowly increase in depth. There are 2 inviting bedrooms, featuring a queen bed and two twin beds. Bathroom with a walk in shower. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re winding down after a day of exploring or starting fresh in the morning, this enchanting apartment offers a cozy retreat. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Winthrop and our awesome apartment has to offer.

I was a day early with checking in so she made arrangements for me to go to a hotel, which was great. The place was cute and two bedrooms was great. I was allowed to take my dogs which was very important to me as one has to take meds 4 times a day and is 15 yrs old. We had a problem finding the right cabin as there is no address on the house. As far as clean, well the beds were good but the cobwebs and the floors were not really swept good. No info about the sink and how to turn on. There were water items there but no info as how to get to the water. Other then those few things, the place is cute and decorated nicely . The drive way is a little wicked but we had a few nice days there.

The home was adorable, and beds were very comfortable. We checked out the dock (very convenient) though didn't spend any time in the lake, but she had lifejackets, pool noodles, and other lake amenities! Host was very responsive and helpful. We'd be delighted to stay here again!

This is an adorable newly constructed unit. Lots of day light, cute decor and lake views. The one confusing part was the use of the docks which was uncomfortable at the beginning but worked out in the end. We used the dock and swam every day. The location is also convenient and has plenty of parking. Jill is a great host. We would stay here again.
