You can also take the train to Barth, after a short walk to the train station in Kenz. If you are looking for a beach, then the Baltic Sea is only about 15km away. There is plenty for those interested in culture. It is about a 30-minute drive to the Stralsund old town with its beautiful architecture and museums.
