“Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom.”

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”

“The hotel itself was very clean inside and decent. The problems really started with the outside there were broken glass beer bottles surrounding the property on their sidewalks outside of their pool area. The person who checked me in was great. One of the main issues was a constant banging from the floor above me and I do not believe it was another guest but something related to the elevator system or anything else with the property but it made it so bad that you couldn't sleep. Never had this……

“The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish ”

“Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs”

“Just fell asleep an hour was bitten by bedbugs woke up, the whole body was bitten, had to go to the car to sleep”

“Super comfy bed! Nice continental breakfast offering for hard boiled eggs, bagels, fruit etc. Clean and quiet space. Easy access. Worked perfectly for our stop over. . ”

“They were rude at check-in.There were cockroaches all over the room.\nNo towels no nothing nasty bed sheets had to ask for towels and they was dirty i went to the store and bought my own very poor place to stay”

“Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.”
