One of the best Renaissance Hotels
This may be one of the best Renaissance Hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff and service have been really impressive. I want to commend Salman, the Club Lounge staff member. He has been really friendly, always smiling, and has helped us a lot.

Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken.
