Beautiful, cosy, comfortable single-family house "L'appel du Large" in 2025. In the district of Saint-Egarec 3 km from the centre of Kerlouan, 4 km from the centre of Guisseny, 11 km from the centre of Lesneven, in a quiet position, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 700 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 3.2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Roc'h ar Gong" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Roscoff" 40 km. Erholung trotz schlechten Wetters

Das Haus ist schön gut eingerichtet und liegt nahe am Strand, die Vermieter sind sehr nett sprechen aber leider nur französich, man sollte schon etwas in der Landessprache bewandert sein,die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur per Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, aber alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort um zu relaxen

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, dieVermieter sind sehr freundlich,die Lage sehr ruhig,also alles zum Erholen, aber zum Einkaufen brauch man ein Auto sonst gibt es noch nicht mal Brot in dem kleinen Ort, dafür aber im nächsten Ort gleich einen gut sortierten Supermarkt und nach Lesneven ist es auch nicht weit.
