“Great location in downtown Winchester, very walkable to restaurants and stores. House is old and decoration interesting. For 3 of us for 2 nights it was just fine, if more guests and a longer stay the 1 bath tub with a shower over the tub would get old. Also no one can touch any other water source when someone is showering, blistering water comes out the shower. House was clean, kitchen perfect for what we needed.”

“Loved the property. Only real complaint was the water pressure but not a big deal. Might want to upgrade the television and put one in a room or two but was not a big deal for us.”

“Loved the house and privacy it provided. Relaxing getaway and it was furnished nicely. Slippers and robes added an extra touch. Communication was stellar.”

“Beautiful little cottage and host was wonderful! We were visiting family in Front Royal and Strasburg and cottage was centrally located to both towns. View was awesome, cottage was very clean and well stocked. We had wonderful time! Thank you Vanessa!!”

“Unique and adorable little place on the river. Perfectly clean and comfortable. We would definitely book again!”

“This property truly exceeded our expectations. The grounds are huge and beautiful...you could spend hours just relaxing particularly in the swinging 'egg chairs'! Distance from Front Royal was just perfect at 10 to 15 minutes. The real surprise though was the size of the cottage. With a party of 4, including 2 older teenagers, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath can run a bit small. The common living space...living room and kitchen in particular...are very spacious. While we only had 2 nights this trip, I……

“This is one of the best places we haver stayed. It was really clean and decorated so nicely. The kitchen was stocked amazingly for all those little items you forgot or just realized you needed. The porch was a favorite place to sit in the evenings and relax. I cannot rate this place high enough. We will definitely staying here again.”

“Was a great stayRoad getting there is tricky but luckily we had a four wheel drive Never could figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room We will be back….great memories were made there I proposed and she said “Yes!!””

“Everything went smoothly. Easy stay. Clean. Small efficiency with futon for bed.”

“Nice cabin for couples. The bed was comfy and had all basic necessities for making meals. We will definitely stay again.”

“We enjoyed our stay and certainly return. Our group was 2 couples and 2 children.Everyone had enough space to be comfortable. The view is beautiful so we enjoyed our time at the house. While in the area, we visited Skyline Caverns and the Shenandoah River. I did have a challenging time getting Door Dash to the house. After 30 minutes of seeing the driver in the neighborhood we got in the car to track down the driver. Her cell service was poor so we were unable to communicate. If I ordered……
