“Exactly what we were looking for a week long visit. The cabin is snug and spacious. 2 bedrooms with a loft area outside the 2nd bedroom. It was clean on check in and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals and a few extras. Plenty of dishes. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all questions in a timely manner. “We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. “The Spartan trailer was 1955 error no gas but had electricity had a gas griddle barbecue style outside on a big redwood porch. Not too far from town walkable within 15-20 minutes. 5 acres spread horses hot tub and someone to communicate with if you need be. Very quiet. Where we stayed there was other properties to rent much bigger and more modern on the same address. Thing to think about is it was a great stay quiet relaxation for the weekend that we needed it for I appreciate all the……

“Compact but spacious property on a quiet and affluent street: can sleep many comfortably and feed them well. We easily cooked for 10 on stove and barbecue. There's no coffee grinder (doesn't claim to have one but that was a problem for me - I brought beans). An issue with the alarm system was solved quickly; but I had to go across the road for AT&T cell signal to report and solve. Once I was signed into the WiFi there were no phone issues.
