We showed up for our anniversary only to find no one on premises. could not reach anyone for days in advance. amenities and rooms were very subpar and did not at all live up to what is advertised. Had to change locations as there is no staff or guests anywhere on property.

This was our second time staying at meadow oaks as it is such a peaceful location. Ate dinner each night on the very large porch with a great view and only hearing the river. Used the AC and it was cool and quiet , really quiet. We still haven't turned on the TV so not sure about that. Great host, ...
