Private mineral pool en suite was amazing. Will be back. Staff was extremely friendly, hardworking, and accommodating.」

Will definitely stay there again as it made our trip so much easier and we got an extra day at the beach. Also we left late and didn’t hit LA traffic! 」

Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」
