「The staff was lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel as well. The only issue I had was my microwave in my room wasn’t functional. Which sadly put a damper on my stay considering I arrived late the night before. Other than that loved my visit.」

「Good stay! Perfect breakfast!」

「My stay was an overall great experience」

「Best. A lot better than the claimed 4 star hotel I been in las Vegas. Good service nice clean and big room」

「The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」
