Perfect one night stay in kerrville! Clean, had everything we needed and great outdoor area. We saw a family of deer repeatedly too. Thanks for everything! Will stay again!

Very nice place and location. Decorated to feel welcoming. Shower enclosure is beautiful. A/C works great! Very quiet neighborhood with a large deer population. We enjoyed staying here and would do so again. Overall ACons:* if you plan on cooking, some of the pans are a little worn* mattress in back bedroom is terrible.

Clean and cozy

We stayed here instead of a hotel for 2 nights while visiting family. Great location and perfect for just the two of us. A bit more pricy than a hotel but worth it!

Great Little Getaway with a BFF

I met up with a friend and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was cute and perfect. A little fenced yard for our little pet friends and the beds were very comfy! It’s a duplex that’s on a property with other places to stay so it would also be great for larger parties to meet up. There’s a community area to play cornhole, swing and grill. Love it!
