You'll have a private paver patio and fantastic access to the local bike bath, the Bald Mountain lifts at Warm Springs, and endless entertainment in downtown Ketchum!

This two-level condo is located at The Fields at Warm Springs, a complex that sits alongside the bike path one mile east of the Warm Springs base area of Baldy. You'll be one mile northwest of downtown Ketchum's restaurants and shops, and mere minutes from winter skiing and snowboarding and summer mountain biking and fishing. For a little more fun, you can head into Sun Valley (two miles east) for ice skating, horseback riding, and live performances at the Sun Valley Pavilion.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Late December in SV

Perfect location at the base of Baldy, close to the Y, close to SV golf course for xc skiing, close to town for going out. Well supplied kitchen for our cooking needs.

Property was ok clean and functional. The toilet is running off and on all the time and the doors to washer are broken.patio is loud being so close to the street. Location was close to town.

Roomy condo with good floor plan. Kitchen very nice with great appliances. Living room however, needs new furniture badly! All bedding and throw pillows need cleaning, bad smell! All rooms need ceiling fans, it got very hot at times. We liked that it was a ground level condo also. Place needs a new hot tub.

Warm Springs Condo stay

The condo was nice. Convenient to Ketchum, plenty of room for our family of 5 adults, clean, well equipped kitchen. It worked perfectly for our stay pre-backpacking trip. However, we arrived at 9pm to find that the first floor toilet wouldn’t flush. I texted vacasa and was told to take pics of the problem and they would get back to me the next day. We never heard from them again despite more texts.

Great location for access to the ski resort.

the facility is in a great location for access to the ski resort and also to town. Right on the bus route with a stop outside the door. The condo was very comfortable and clean.

Family Sun Valley Ski Trip

The condo worked well for our family, great location to everything, and the unit was clean. Only negative was the hot tub at the complex was closed for repairs, which is completely out of the control of the condo owner or management company.

Overall satisfactory but some deficits

Lovely condo. Can accommodate a crowd. Very disappointed to learn upon arrival that hot tub not an available amenity although welcome book indicated it would be. There was a great deal of dust and debris under every bed. Upstairs bed mattress very uncomfortable. Great cookware but short of glassware!!

Great location but not clean

Great location but floor was so dirty I had to scrub it multiple times to get it clean enough for grandkids to be able to crawl. Had to put a sheet on the couch because it was so dirty we didn’t want to sit on it. When we arrived they were out of t.p and paper towels. Carpeted stairs were not vacuumed. Rugs in bathroom dirty.

The rugs on the tile floors were filthy. The hot tub had been torn out some time ago. The mattresses are way past their prime. I would not stay again.

Three generation ski trip

Perfect location on bus line stop 4 minutes to Warm Springs lift. Great free bus service into town. Condo was clean, well stocked, and in great repair with warm ambiance with fireplace. Included done games and working g wash & dryer. When we come back we will try to get same unit.
