Great ski vacation!

This was our first family ski vacation and this location is amazing! The River Run Lodge and Lifts were literally out our front door- you could ski to the lift or take a short 2 minute drive to the parking lot. The unit is a nice updated 2bed/2bath condo that offered everything we needed as a family - the washer/dryer in the unit was key for our week long stay. The hot tub and sauna were delightful after a day of skiing. And there are multiple restaurants to choose from within a few blocks of the unit - I would recommend making reservations in advance.

Michael's Vacation Condo

It easily accommodated our month-long stay. It's best feature is a lovely patio where there is a continual breeze and a nice view. We were also particularly impressed with the on-site help and support we received from Michael and Garrett. We are elderly and perhaps needed more help than the average guests, and they were unfailingly responsive. I would happily book again.

Very nice and clean condo although disappointed that the upstairs neighbors were so loud everyday - lots of stomping around day and night. But, can't beat the location - close to town and River Run!

Everything was lovely after we found the place. It took us about 45 minutes in the dark to find it. We were all seniors, so it was hard. The futon was very uncomfortable and low One person slept on the couch. The step was too big for a couple of us to enter. You were very good about supplying a block so we could use it as a step.

Thank you Michael for a great place to stay, for stacked wood and being available if I had any questions; and for such a prompt security deposit refund. The location at the edge of town made it easy as I arrived in snowfall. Enjoyed easy walking from the condo to ski at Bald Mountain and wished I'd x-c skied along that same recreational path. The hot tub was great after skiing. I found the place had character and had what I needed for cooking. It was walkable to run errands, restaurants, movie theater, shops or explore outdoors. I would enjoy going back to the area in the the summer or fall and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Regards, Susan.

Not worth the money

So the location is good. You can walk to town. It doesn't look like this picture though. It is very dated and the beds were HORRIBLE. My number one complaint is the cleaning fee. Holy smokes that is a huge amount. When I looked at the amount I thought that was okay. But you add the fees and cleaning and it is a lot per night. I went expecting my moneys worth. This property is definitely NOT worth that much. It needs updating terribly. The bedrooms sit in the back which is the front and back of other properties. There was a lot of partying going on all night so we didn't sleep well at all. There is no air conditioner so if you go in the summer, know that you will be hot during the day. The nights are great but you have to open your windows and again...the partying is very loud. We felt like the checkout time was too early. 10:00. That is the earliest we have ever seen at a location. We will NOT be back.

Nice place in a great location. Beds slept great! Clean bathrooms, linens. Living room furniture was uncomfortable. We like to eat breakfast in when vacationing but the pots and pans were less than desirable. Great communication with the property manager which was greatly appreciated!!! Idaho is breathtaking!

Relaxing in Ketchum!

Our 3 night stay in Ketchum was great. Enjoyed the condo and it's amenities. It is very well stocked. The condo is very walkable to restaurants and shops in a lovely area! We enjoyed not being right in the heart of town, but a little off of the beaten path for more quiet! Thanks so much!
