“Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner. The whole experience was amazing fun. Especially for NYC. “This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and……

“The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”

“The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”
