「Location and place were great. We even did paddleboarding from the boat launch area by the place. Reason for low rating is that the firealarm went off at 5am due to low battery. There is no immediate help at site after hours other than texting a number. We ended up not sleeping fully for a single night stay. Help didn’t come until 9 am to remove the arm from the ceiling. It was very annoying loud noise, didn’t have a fully resting night😞😔😔」

「This is a clean, stylish condo in a location close to everything we needed, including grocery stores, restaurants, and fun things to do. It's convenient, but also feels tucked back into a private area. We enjoyed having a waterfront view. It was also nice to have access to the Skipjack resort amenities including the poolside bar and a laundry room.
