Key Largo Hotel with Pool

"The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The ceiling fan and the clock on the nightstand that had a power plug for charging your phone did not work. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"There was a huge tree in our view and couldnt see the ocean. the pool was clear but slimy which made it to where we could not use it, same with the hot tub. The pictures that are shown online are not what you get when getting there. Its very run down. The elevator does not work and nothing is on the 1 st floor so carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs was fun. Breakfast wasn't out until almost 8 am. Staff was barely there and when they were seemed as though we were bothing them when asking for anything. i would NEVER recommend this hotel."

"Great views, very nice staff clean. Disappointed in the lack of eco positive impact. No real coffee- just coffee pods galore, paper cups wrapped in plastic, water bottles. Food not great and overpriced"

"Pool down for 2 days after being shocked with chemicals. I got no reason, but suspect a baby in non swim diapersmay have pooped causing the closure. When opened back up all was greart. The floors look clean, but are actually dirty. I tried to explain that yes a new mop rag used each time but the permanent mopping device pad is black and new actual mops needed. Language lost in translation. Best bet is to go to Bealls and buy footie sock to wear during your stay and toss away. The location of the property was great. Quiet and fun watching the yachts, diving boats and fishing boats go buy. Kitchen utensils limited, but nice having a full size refrigerator. Had pool to ourselves basically after it reopened. "

"Pool and pool area was lovely and well maintained! The poolside Tiki Bar was a great option for drinks and food available there was reasonably priced and tasty. There are 3-4 restaurants you can walk to (5 min walk) and that is also a big plus. Our only caution was that this is an older property and some of the rooms are very "worn". We first had a King Accessible room and asked to move to a 2 Queen room that was in much better condition. Staff was very helpful and I would recommend this hotel as long as you understand that it is an older property."

"We were placed in a room far away from most things. The pool was a short walk away. The room was surface clean but not deep cleaned. There was a stain on the couch cushion when we made the pull out couch for our child. There wasn’t a vent in the bathroom and the bathroom was in between the two bedrooms without a window. Otherwise, everything was ok. We only stayed for 1 day. The staff was great!"

"Pool heater was stuck on super hot so couldn't enjoy pool."
