A property worthy of its name

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would be difficult to improve upon any of the amenities of this beautiful home. And I'm saying that as a winter visitor of 25 years. Everything about this house is well considered. Some properties called themselves luxury accommodations, but this one truly is. Let's not forget to include Preferred Properties' exceptional management as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall amenities of this rental were good. Starter supplies in bathrooms and kitchen were good. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for sunbathing, oceanview and sunset.The pool heater did not work when we arrived and it took 10 days to get it fixed. There was also a cold snap and we required the furnace but we found it did not work. It seems that these two major items were not checked/maintained adequately.Preferred Properties were polite/attentive when requesting help with these items, but the delay seemed unreasonably long, and should of been checked before we arrived.Also, considering the cost of the rental, the requirement for the renter to roll the garbage bins to the street once a week was surprising to me.
