January Ski Trip

Our second stay at this property. Four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, perfect for our family group. Two generous family room areas allowed everyone to spread out. Gorgeous views overlooking Lake Dillon, convenient to the ski slopes. Great stay!

Perfect

Great home for my wife and I along with our 3 adult children and their spouses for a spring ski trip.All rooms were well appointed as were the associated bathrooms.The kitchen and dining area had everything we needed (Only went out to dinner one night) and the separate living areas worked out great for late evening relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property!

This was ideal for our family Thanksgiving gathering! We had excellent communication with the property management. Gorgeous views, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of storage. We had plenty of bedding/linens, air mattresses, games and fully stocked kitchen. The thermostats were a little tricky to figure out-but one of us used to work with HVAC so he was designated to adjust the heat. 😂 We loved the hot tub! We all said we would come here again.

Summer getaway to Summit

We spent 6 days at Summerwood with a mix of family and friends. The property is as impressive as the pictures would suggest. Stunning views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountainsides. Enjoyed our time on the deck perched high on the cliffs overlooking the lake. We walked and biked the Dillon Lake rec path, located just down the hill from the house. House itself has four well-appointed bedrooms, a nice kitchen and plenty of common space for lounging, TV watching and games. Overall a wonderful stay, would definitely come back again.

AMAZING!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location. The pictures were amazing, but they honestly did not do the place justice. One item to note is that the house does not have any air conditioning and admittedly, we missed that in the listing. If the property owner could either add air conditioning units to the sleeping rooms or screens to the doors, it would allow you to get more air flow into the bedrooms at night. The small crank out windows simply do not allow for enough air flow and opening the doors without screens allows too many bugs in. Please add additional box fans so that those can be used as well. Thank you for hosting us and for being so responsive to any questions that we had. We would definitely come back!

loved the house and had a lovely stay. noticed two of the electric heaters making more noise than they should, master bath and living room built in by the window but thats the only feedback i had.

Great location, be mindful of the cliffs though. It was a beautiful well kept house with plenty of supplies. Don’t bring supplies as they probably have what you’re looking for. The appliances were old, I wished I had known that the freezer on the side by side didn’t work as I put things in it to wake up to everything thawed out and ruined.
