Situated a mere 150 yards from Keystone's main gondola, this home virtually puts the slopes right outside your door. Coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars are within an easy walk from home, as are a variety of shops and stores, only a 4 min walk from the condo! The Village also offers a number of dining establishments, perfect for apres ski. If you can't get enough powdery fun during the day, head out at night for skiing and boarding under the stars. Do some ice skating or take a sleigh ride followed by fondue or hot chocolate.

In the summer, revel in stunning mountaintop views with a gondola ride, then work in some horseback riding, mountain biking, or hiking, or hit the lake for a variety of water sports, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and more.

The intimate living area of this home beckons you to get cozy by the fire and watch some cable TV on the flatscreen during the winter. Use the free WiFi to check in with friends at home. Play some music on the CD player while you prepare dinner in the full kitchen or hang out on the balcony and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom has another flatscreen. Great after check in

Place was overall clean and it was nice to have somewhere more spacious after being in hotels all week. I really liked that there were TWO full bathrooms, as most listings we looked at that were two bedroom only had one bathroom. Location was great, just a very short walk to the gondola and resort area. Only complaints- there were no keys upon arrival, so we had to wait a bit in the car till the 800 number contacted the local management people to call us. Local guy was very helpful and had a backup plan to get us in quick. -tiny shampoo bottle was filled with water . Luckily we had brought some from our past hotels. Constructive feedback:-the lock on the door didn’t always work. We didn’t know this until we came back from a day out and the door wasn’t locked. From then on we made sure to check and it took many tries to get it to lock. I don’t know what we were doing wrong, or if it was the lock. -a LOT of construction all around. I was surprised how early in the morning they started. Absolutely not in the owners control of course, and I’m sure it’ll be done when peak season hits. Overall great place and I would recommend. Kids loved the little pool outside and being able to play pool in the south building lobby area. Location is right at a path that goes into the ski resort.

Good Location, very close to Arapahoe Basin

Stayed here in Spring once Keystone was closed for snow sports. Affordable and spacious enough for 3 of us to have separate sleeping rooms. 9 minute drive to A Basin. Property is managed remotely by Vacasa. Accommodated a late checkout, but door code reset automatically it seems. Had to contact them for a door code. Luckily we were home, or we would have been locked out. Still, overall great a great property, in a good complex. Good facilities all around.

Worst Customer Service Experience I Have Experienced

The facility itself was ok, but the cleanliness was bad and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. 2 of the pillows on the kids' bunks did not have pillow cases and 1 of the bunk beds had a flat sheet only and there was no fitted sheet. Further, there was only 1 washcloth. We had a 6 day/5 night visit ... these issues were never remedied despite multiple requests. We had to place 1 of our kid's pillows in a t-shirt to serve as a pillow case.The hot water was luke warm for the first 2 days of our visit. After multiple notices to the rental service, this was finally fixed, but we received no direct contact to let us know of the repair.The worst and most incredible part of our experience related to our electronic key cards that provide access to the lodge and the ski lockers. On our 2nd morning all 3 key cards stopped working, which meant that if we left the facility we could not re-enter, and we could not access our gear in the ski locker. Despite multiple efforts to have this fixed, it took almost 6 hours until we were provided replacement cards. Even then, the local management company NEVER communicated that new cards had been left in the lockbox. We were delayed several hours to ski on our 1st day, and finally resorted to begging other guests to let us in. Through all of our issues, the local management company NEVER ... not once ... communicated with us!!!!Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

could have been better

Location was great and overall a clean unit but for the money, there was a good amount of deferred maintenance that we were not expecting. Bathrooms were dated - chipped toilet, dirty slate floors, and on the first morning the shower faucet handle fell right off when we went to turn the water on. Primary bedroom in need of a new comforter - appeared dirty but I think was just worn. TV in bedroom did not connect to Dish, which was the only viewing option. Called maintenance on both issues, fixed the shower later that day and could not get the TV working. Said they'd have to get someone from Dish out - when we left on day 5, no one had been out to fix. No dish towels in unit. Good amount of dishes but all mis-matched. 4 ski locker keys hanging, but only one went to the unit locker which made logistics hard with not everyone coming and going at the same time.

Missing some essentials

We enjoyed our stay at the resort overall. The check in process was quite convoluted, and difficult to find the parking lot, but overall was just fine. I did think it would be difficult to check in if you didn’t have access to the email with check in information. It was frustrating that you had to type in the code every time to get into the condo (no key to open the door) and that it didn’t lock automatically. The location was beautiful and the building was pretty quiet overall which we loved. The unit was mostly clean when we got there, but we were bothered by the lack of basic cleaning supplies (no broom, no kitchen rags or towels) also the pool was very dirty our first day there.

No air-conditioning, no jetted tub

Beware: If the VRBO listing still has air-conditioning and jetted tub as a part of the listing, that information is incorrect. We booked this property through VRBO, but the amenities and details of the property are only correct on the Vacasa website. Because the property manager only looked at the Vacasa listing, he wouldn’t even talk to me about the inconsistencies in the VRBO listing. This place probably would have been fine. Had we not specifically looked for a place with air-conditioning and then didn’t get one.

Great Stay walk in walk out

This condo is very close to the gondola but it definitely is walk in walk out not ski in. That being said, it’s a short walk and very convenient to the village as well. We walked over for dinner the first night (Zuma) and drinks and apps on our last night (Kickapoo Tavern). The condo was roomy enough for the four of us adults. It had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, soap, trash bags etc. The kitchen had all the pots and pans, coffee maker with filters and a crockpot.

Great location!

Great location. I have stayed at red hawk multiple trips because of that. Room was clean as well anticipated. There was an issue getting the keys at check in time as they were not in the lockbox. They were quick to respond but slow to get there. 45 min later I located them in a back up lock box.. I appreciated the follow up call to check in and apologize the following day. That being said I would still go back!

Great location. Everything was clean and ready for us. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint was that several of the light fixtures were out in the guest bedroom. We tried looking for new bulbs, but think it was the electrical outlet. It just made for that one room to be a little dark.

Red Hawk 2254

My family and I enjoyed are stay in Red Hawk 2254. My wife, myself, and our 2 children stayed in the bunk bed room, while my parents were in the master. The condo offered ample space for all of us. My kids and I loved being able to walk to the gondola, play pool or foosball, sitting in the hot tub, and swimming in the pool. If you are looking for a convenient ski-in/ski-out location I would recommend this unit.

Beautiful mountains all around

Condo was nice and pretty clean. Great location. Shops, restaurants and gondola ride all within walking distance. Did a great hike up top from the gondola. We went to Dillon, Frisco and Breckinridge which were all very close. Only complaints were the beds are uncomfortable, linens on the bed didn’t feel/smell fresh and the toilet paper was the worst lol. Also the check in process was complicated and finding that underground garage with all the construction and no signage was not fun!! I tried calling because we needed help finding the garage and got no where with the rental company.

This is nice slope side condo, walking distance to the gondola and river run village. Please be advised, there is a massive construction project going on right out front with hundreds of trucks moving rocks all day long, aside from that this is a nice place to stay.

Great location!

Loved the location being just out of river run village but across the parking lot from the Gondola. It was much quieter and about the same walk. Bunk beds in the second bedroom make staying with kids a breeze. Huge pantry that is well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need!

Short walk to River Run Gondola

The 2 bunk beds provided plenty of room for our party. The large walk-in pantry had plenty of cooking appliances and food storage. Also, River Run Village is a short walk away. Giving you access to all of the shops and restaurants without driving. Very satisfied with price, amenities, and location.
