Reviewer Comments: Great place and location and would definitely stay here again.There are dozens of posts on VRBO about the toilet paper holder, cleanliness, lack of utensils etc...Those posts are from the last couple of years and none of those very small issues have been addressed...they are truly small issues nothing major. Addressing those small issues would make this a great place to stay.

They have a heated garage for one car. This was extra special as the week there Keystone got over 20” of snow.

Only complaint is the bathroom rug being in a little rough shape. Normally a clean towel is given for a rug, but this was a rug with toothpaste and looked very warn. I’m a germaphobe so that might not bother others!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is conveniently located a .5 mile walk from the conference center. The condo is modern and modestly furnished. The heated underground garage was a huge bonus due to a couple of inches of snow. I really wanted to run the gas fireplace, but the unit was so hot, even with the heat turned down; it was too hot to run the fireplace. There were also very few glasses, plates and silverware. there were only 2 of us, so we had to keep washing dishes by hand. The condo could also use a very good cleaning. The light fixtures over the kitchen counter were dusty as was the art work. Also behind one of the bedside tables, there was some trash.The property management company was very helpful and responsive.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management company was very professional and very accommodating. Would highly recommend them. If you have a bicycle I would avoid this complex. They do not allow bikes in the condos. They do not have any way to lock up your bike outside or in the underground garage. Fortunately, the property management company allowed us to store our expensive road bikes at their offices. The kitchen supplies (glasses, dishes...) badly need to be restocked. The parking spaces in the underground garage are very tight. We had to park our full-size SUV in the outside parking lot. The unit was nice and comfortable but hardly brand new.

Mountain Stay

So, this is a beautiful condo but it is not set up to promote a comfortable stay, more for convenient location. While it does have an indoor garage, don't plan on easily parking a full size vehicle inside! Very very tight. Compact to mid-sized SUV should be okay. No luggage cart available to help move groceries and all the things that accompany you on a driving vacation. Multiple trips to carry! Luckily elevator was working! You'll get your steps in. There is a lovely balcony, but no patio furniture No coffee filters provided - bring your own! Needs TP holder repaired and could use another towel bar. Also, no towels available for hot tub use that we could find. Needs either a dresser or luggage rack. No AC, but to us that wasn't a big deal. Put a fan in the window and it was lovely inside and stayed cool during the day with windows open. Our stay was mid-July. You do hear road noise, but we found that running the fan served as sufficient white noise to filter it out. Loved the washer and dryer. Contemporary furnishings/finishes and actually pretty comfortable! We also found the bed to be fine. Kitchen with minimal supplies but sufficient. Could use some more dishes. Loved that the fridge had icemaker and water dispenser - hey, sometimes it's the little things. Very very clean.

The condo was decorated beautifully. However, there were no chairs to sit in on the balcony, there was 1 wine glass in the cupboard and the highway noise was almost unbearable. There was traffic noise all night long. Also, the hot tub didn’t work. Like I said, it was a beautiful place but these issues are why we can only say our stay was “okay”.
